Strategic People & Culture leader operating at the intersection of leadership, organizational design and business performance.

15+ Years at the Intersection of People & Performance

I'm a strategic People & Culture leader who operates at the intersection of leadership, organizational design and business performance.

With 15+ years of experience across luxury retail, corporate environments and high-growth multi-unit operations, I partner with organizations navigating complexity, growth and transformation — helping leaders build the structure, capability and systems required to scale effectively.

My leadership approach is grounded in clarity, accountability and coaching. With over 15 years of experience across retail, luxury and high-growth environments, I partner closely with leaders to navigate organizational change, performance challenges, team development and complex employee matters with confidence and practicality.

I have completed advanced leadership and coaching development programs focused on strengthening leadership capability, coaching techniques and difficult conversations. These skills have been applied extensively while supporting leaders through periods of growth, operational change and evolving people challenges.

My approach balances strategic thinking with operational execution helping organizations build scalable people practices that support performance, leadership effectiveness and long-term growth.

Over the course of my career, I've partnered across both corporate and operational environments, giving me a broad understanding of how organizations function end-to-end.

Selected Experience

Experience across luxury, retail, operational and high-growth environments.

Louis Vuitton Canada

Longo's

Supported a 1,000+ employee operational environment across both corporate and store functions within a highly respected Ontario retailer recognized for its people-first culture, operational excellence and strong customer experience standards.

Built for complexity. Designed for scale.

What differentiates my approach is the ability to operate across both corporate and operational environments while building scalable people infrastructure in complex organizations.

I understand how to think about both current state and future state — balancing immediate operational realities with long-term scalability, leadership capability and organizational growth.

I'm often brought into environments where:

  • Growth is accelerating faster than structure
  • Leadership capability is inconsistent
  • Systems no longer support the business
  • Teams are operating reactively instead of strategically

My role is to create clarity, alignment and structure while helping leaders successfully navigate change.
